Can the feeder be connected to 5GHz WiFi?

The feeder currently only supports 2.4GHz WiFi

How long can the battery last?

When fully charged, it can be used for about 30 days. (Battery usage time is different for different situations. The more bird visitors/open the app to view, the longer the camera startup time, the more power consumption.)

What should I do if the charger doesn't work?

If the power is low, the camera will send you an alert on the APP. Before charging, please turn off the camera (press the on/off button and the blue light blinks). The blue light blinking means it is on, while the blue light off means it is off. You must turn off the camera and wait for the blue light to go out before charging), then charge it, it usually takes 16 hours to fully charge. If it won't charge or the battery is defective, please contact us!

Does it have local storage?

This device has no local storage, but we will give away sd card, the camera needs to be inserted into the SD card. Once the SD card is inserted, it automatically records 8 seconds of video of a bird visit when it senses a bird visit. These videos will be saved on the SD card However, if you don't have an SD card, you can also record bird videos yourself when you receive a bird visitor message notification. By doing this manually, the videos will be saved on your phone. This means you can save pictures and videos when the bird visits."

Is it possible for more than one person to connect to the device?

Of course you can! The device allows you to share with family and friends in the app with up to three people logged in at the same time.

Is it waterproof?

"Yes it is! The camera is safe with the housing of the central module. The operation temperature is ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). Under the extremely weather condition, you could detach the camera and keep it safe indoor."

Which memory card does the device work with?

Support Class 10 8 G-128 G high speed Card. (Class 4 may not support) We'll throw in a 32g sd card

Do I need to charge it before using it for the first time?

Yes, this will be better. There is a battery indicator in the App. If the battery level is lower than 15%, your phone will receive a warning.

How do I know when my camera is fully charged?

The red light will be ON during charging, and light OFF when it is fully charged. Due to the large battery capacity, it may take 16 hours to fully charge.

Why do I never receive a verification code when I register an account?

Why is waving in front of the camera not a reminder

People walking past or waving their hands in front of the camera will not be alerted, the camera only recognizes birds

Why don't you get alerts from the birds?

If you have not received a reminder, check whether the mobile reminder settings allow it and whether the reminder settings in the app are turned on,"Turned on [notification alerts]function on [Settings] Turned on your phone to receive notifications from the App."

Why weren't you alerted when you saw the bird coming live?

You won't receive alerts when watching live, you will only receive notifications if you don't enter the app and the visitor is recognized as a bird, if you want to receive more alerts, you can adjust the PIR time to be shorter

Do you have an SD card to record automatically? Where is it stored?

With SD card, it will automatically record and exist in SD card. Without SD card you need to take screenshots and videos manually, which will be saved inside the albums

How do I set my WiFi to 2.4G?

If there is only one wifi name and the connection is unsuccessful, you need to contact the network operator (or do it yourself) to separate 2.4G and 5G, so that there will be two frequencies of WiFi names, and choose 2.4G when connecting.

Rotor loading keeps appearing on the application, what to do to fix it?

Why aren't all birds coming in recorded?

Within the time set by the PIR (e.g., the default three minutes), only one notification will be sent and 9 seconds of video recorded, even if many birds come. So not every bird that comes will be recorded, you can set the PIR time and recording length in the app
